    Can I Query the Notes/History in ACT to filter by E

    Need to import a large contact list. some of which is already in DB, but maybe older info and therefor is out of date. however if the edit date is within the last six months then current info is more releavent. Can i query the notes/history to filter by edit date.

    How do i delete all the results of a query in one go?

    Am trying to update Act DB. Have imported lots of neww data and need to delete old and inconsistent stuff. Have ran a quriey which generates a couple of hundered results all of which need to be deleted. How do i do this? I need to run a deletion or update query but dont know how.
