Thanks for the idea but I'm afraid we managed to upset them as well.
We really need to get hold of a 3rd party consultancy that specialises in meridian/symposium/call center support. Trying to find someone that does that seems impossible.

I've been given the job of finding a support contract for our Option 81 and Symposium v3 system. Nortel & Kingston won't touch us (I think a previous manager upset them) so I need as many contacts for UK Support companies as possible. If anyones got an idea of approximate costs...
