    Laptop Hard drive with no laptop?

    My leptop has stopped working (power supply is broken). But i need to get some data from the hard drive. Is there anyway I can do this with a desktop? I can olso get my hands on another Laptop could i just plug the hard drive into it and then what would i do? Thanks Ashley
