    Sharing NTL BB Connection

I have 2 Windows XP PC's networked through an Ethernet switch. They will both happily talk to each other. PC1 has an NTL BroadBand Connection, how can I ensure that PC2 has internet access? Because ICS doesn't seem to be playing ball. Thanks in advance.
