make sure your router allow inbound/outbound traffic for IPsec. One other thing you can try is set your Cisco VPN client to use IPsec over TCP and change the port to 80.
I wonder if going to Microsoft.com and do the Office update, usually that will install all the lastest patches for all office Applications that is install on ones computer. If that does not help....could it be your PST file is way too big?
