Does XP have IIS or PWS?
So who needs IIS!! I downloaded indigoperl with Apache server. (because it has such an easy interface for adding modules) cnfigured php, perl, cgi, and mySQL then downloaded the sun asp (chilisoft) and ran the .exe file.
