Arcserve7 Netware6 Failed to flush tape driver buffer
The resolution was to install backup exec (from veritas) thus this wasn't the only problem whit arcserve. We were also unable to walk the tree (after several weeks). The problems were database related and could be resolved by replacing the database, but it reapears everytime after several weeks...- DvLunteren

Arcserve7 Netware6 Failed to flush tape driver buffer
Hello. Situation: Just installed Novell Netware 6-SBS, with SP3, on a Proliant ML350-G2, 1Gb with a internal DLT VS 40/80, firmware V051. On top of it I installed Arcserve Brighstor V7 with all available updates and patches. During the backup I got the error: E1039 Failed to flush tape driver...- DvLunteren

Failed to send alerts to [Alert WS]
Hi, I experience the same problem. On a new Netware 6 box with Arcserve 7, I accidently activated alert services during install. Now I noticed that this is designed to work with Exchange, and here the're using (off course) GroupWise. Does anyone know a solution or how to disable alert...- DvLunteren
