High Processor Utilisation
I have a Citrix Server delivering Act 2000. The users are using word to create letters. One user is causing issues as word appearing to close but is leaving the Winword process running. This is using about 50% of the CPU. Has anyone seen this before or got any suggestions?- irthling

Agent Backup Failing
I am trying to back up a number of remote servers on the same LAN, using Arcserve V7.0. All the jobs run through fine except for the last one, which ends up getting canceled. There is no error in the ArcServe activity log except for a warning 4 hours earlier complaining that the DR files...- irthling
