Custom Call Routing Problem
Just installed a Compact ICS & Flash 4. The system has 3 incoming lines and 5 users. When no one is on an outside line the CCR tree works great. If someone is on an outside line, any incoming calls are sent the that users mailbox on the first ring. All lines are set up to answer after 4...- 9901nw

Problem with incoming calls on Flash 4
System is Compact ICS w/Flash4, 3 incoming lines (public) and 4 stations. Flash 4 answers incoming calls normally when no one is using a line.
