Has it always done this? Could be any number of issues. Check the column width on Character Form Setup, or, if your using Crystal, make the fields a little smaller on the form. It could be as simple as a new print driver. Did you recently get a new Printer?

There is a possibility that your older version can still be updated, depending on how old it is and if the US Version is at all compatible. I would suggest you contact a MAS90 Reseller for assitance in either migrating your data to a new version or possibly converting your exsisting data.
You are a brave sole.. This error usually occurs when the printing process has somehow been interupted. Check for network conectivity issues to not have the problem in the future.
The fix is:
Library Master/Data File Display and Maintenance/GLWXXX(xxx = Company Code)/ Key Scan/ Bank Code...
If you are using Crystal Forms, then this is pointing to a driver issue. If you are using Character forms, and are printing to a laser printer, I might suggest you change the Form lenth to 62 or 63.
This is possible, I have done it recently. Your have to do multiple imports, one for each sequence #, you also have to assign the position of where to start and end the substring. I you would like a sample of the import script, let me know..
You can add these in the Sale Order/SetUp/Shipping Rate Maintenance. If this option is not available, then you need to turn it on in the Sales Order Options Menu, USE SHIPPING CODE TO CALCULATE FREIGHT has to be set to YES or ACTUAL.
