    Well, I tried the W (withhold) and it half worked. It no longer sent my full number, however, it is not sending through my extension number. My Cell phone (that I used for testing) displayed my extension (264) when I called it. Go figure. One step in the right direction though! ;-) Thank you!

    Is there a way to program the IP Office to allow a user to dial *67 on a particular call to block caller ID? We have to dial 9 to get a secondary dial tone - don't know what to do beyond that. Thanks! Bina
