    Traffic generator for testing FR WAN

    Can anyone recommend a traffic generator for testing the quality of a FR WAN? I've found many monitoring tools but no generators. I'd like to stress our WAN to see if 0 CIR is acceptable for VoIP traffic.

    If Sprint does not use CIR, what type of guarantee is in the SLA? Does it specifically say "You can expect 99% of port speed before ANY congestion occurs"? If it does not explicitly say that, then isn't purchasing CIR "insurance" necessary?
