Shell32.dll error while installing service packs
Each time I try to install SP3 on my new NT Server 4.0 computer, I get an error message about the "shell32.dll file is corrupt" and won't load. The only way to get past the dialog box is to select "skip". I get a STOP error on reboot regarding a checkum error. This happens...- jzolnoski

The proper way to complete this task is to use something other than the shell command.
