Hello Group Iam working for a company wich have ap40. But unfortunaly the dont use acd. i have found out that i can use monitored CTI-groups? I allready have code to connect to de application link and monitor. But how do we create cti-group. And what can be monitored in regards to cti Groups...- Brisse
