I understand there is away to allow certain file extensions to be unblocked on the actual Exchange server..how do i do this ? i need to allow people to be able to access .mdb file.

Hi, I have a windows 2000 pro machine that keeps beeping through the system speaker. I have disabled it in hardware manager and checked the Bios to see if there was a setting there. Still no joy. The damn thing keeps beeping when windows open or close or new events happen. Somebody mentioned...
Yep it's easy.. create them as a user with an exchange account. You will then need to logon with outlook and set the calendar to auto respond.
In outlook..
Tools > Options > Calendar Options > Resource Scheduling

1)Are the Clients in the same Domain as the exchange Box?, if not is there a sufficent trust set up between the domains ?
2) You say the clients are on a remote site..is there a DC on that Site to allow authentication of the user accounts ?
