Arcserve 6.61 Advanced .....Exchange Agent (402) Exchange system error
ArcServe released a patch a week or so ago that fixed my brick level backup problem. I was getting a 69 error code though. Still having a few other issues though. I am definitely questioning the decision to upgrade to AC 2000.- itsa

Same problem here after upgrading to ArcServer 2000. I can't get a full brick level backup, so I have been backing up the priv, pub and dir files every night. ArcServe's tech support is the pits, but this forum looks like it has some good ideas. Will let you know what works.- itsa
