You might want to take JustMeSD's response to the next level and make a macro to automate this task. I have found that when making up sample data for an application I am working on, this saves a bit of time.
I was experimenting with Workgroups, just to see what it is all about. Found out it was not something that I need to get involved with (yet). Now whenever I start a new (empty) database, I get what appears to be a several, unwanted workgroup related tables.
