    Capture From: Email Address from Outlook

    I need to be able to either:- 1. Export all From: email address's in my Outlook 2000 Folder to an MS Access Database, or 2. Have an MS Access program which will read and capture all these address's from a specified Outlook Folder. Can anyone help? Thanks
