Thanks for the tip. We also have an underscore in the server name. But that is wierd don't you think?? Can you direct me to any article or wep page that explains this? Thanks a lot once again. I have been trying to fix this for a few days now. Madhavi- mbollepalli

Hi, I have two applications running on the same webserver say lab1 and lab2 lab1 is in the root inetpub/wwwroot/index.asp and has a global.asa which is empty. lab2 is on c drive c:\lab2 and I create a virtual link as an application.
