Yes we do use a night attendant that says we are closed and then allows the caller to go direct to the appropriate voicemail.

Under there I see "Service" "Patterns" "TotalDigits" "DeleteDigit" and "AddDigit"
Under all of them it asks to Enter entry number 0-15 ????
