    Creating an Extension

    All- I inherited admin of a Merlin Legend R7 and I need to create an extension that when dialed will dial an outside number? Scenario: Employees dial ext. xxx and the call connects to an outside number (the bosses home office). Any help would be extremely appreciated!

    WinSPM password

    Better yet, look in your .ini file and find the line that reads, SomePasswordIsSet=False (mark it as "False" if it's marked true.) Kind of cheap way of changing the password?
