Help still waiting for an answer ASAP please
I have had this happen often. "Cannot open Control file" is due to a problem with the CRF file. In my case, the reports often reside on more than one server and I can simply replace the crf file with one from another server. I'm not sure why these files get corrupt, but they do. If...- sp1060

Crystal Enterprise 9 Scheduled Reports
I have a report that is scheduled to run at 7:00 a.m. every day. Sometimes the report runs up to a 1/2 hour later than expected (7:30 ish). What causes this?- sp1060
