Migrating to a new BackupExec server
Is there a way to move BackupExec onto a new server but still be able to use tapes created on the old server? The old server will no longer exist.- rberthao

The device is not ready
When running a scheduled backup, we get the folowing error: Storage device "COMPAQ 1" reported an error on a request to write data to media. Error reported: The device is not ready. ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ If we go back and choose "run now" for the same jobs, they work fine. I cannot...- rberthao
