    Netscape 6.2.3 doesn't connect to secured site

    I've Netscape 6.2.3 on windows NT. I get the following error "The connection was refused when attempting to contact" when I try to borwse secured site. But there is no problem with other browser like IE5.X, NS 7.0. How I can overcome this problem.
