It won't except that password. We just moved in to the building with the Norstar System, and we're trying to utilize it. Is there a way to get that password, or reset that password?

I was wondering if there is a way to forward no answer to an external number. I tried feature 84, but it gives me "denied in admin". What should I do to get around this, or is there another way to program a call forward to an external number.
