Thanks but the Tools/Accounts/Properties/Advanced / "Leave A Copy of Messages on Server" does not apply. The TOOLS / SERVICES / MICROSOFT EXCHANGE SERVER is selected.

How do I configure Exchange 2000 to leave a copy of email on server that has been downloaded by Outlook 2000 client? I've checked the Outlook client config parameters - and cannot find anything. Is there a setting within Exchange server to accomplish this. Many Thanks In Advance Martin
