Duplicate Licence
I have had Version 9 working for the last year and a half, fully patched. The tape drive went down so I put a new HP 40Gb drive in. I am now getting the "Duplicate Licence" error at the end of a backup, and the backup result is "fail". I re-installed The software but I'm still getting the same...- paulclane

I need help setting up two Modems on a network
The problem with the SSL is not with Netscape, which is excellent, but with the bank itself. They instructed me to unistall Netscape 7.0 and install 4.7, because that is all they supported, but still no joy. The SSL works perfectly on IE6. Thanks for your help on the routing, when I figure out... -
Port already open error
The port is open because a device or program has opened it. This could be another modem or a program that is trying to check for upgrades. Disable all auto update programs, and delete all modems and then reinstall. If this doesn't work you could try to remove DUN and reinstall it. -
