    POPULATE TARGET COLUMN WITH CONSTANT

    I need to populate one of the colums in my target with a constant string. How will I do that. EX: column on Depart_name in Department I want it to show 'ACCOUNTS'. 'ACCOUNTS' i want to display on all rows.
