    Calculated Field inside a Subform??

    Is this subform in Datasheet view or Form view? If it is in Datasheet view make it Form view and set the fields up to look like it is in Datasheet view. The reason for this is that you can use your form footer of the subform to do the totalling but only in Form view. Hope that helps.
