My company has an Avaya DEFINITY G3R11. It stores historical call data in an Informix database. We can access it through ODBC and run some web based reports. We get an Definity CMS V3R11 here. I can access its Informix through OBDC, but only historical data there. I am wondering how to access the realtime data. Ontlitcp Protocol Not Supported
According to IBM Informix Dynamic Server Administrator's Guide, a client can use TCP/IP with TLI to connect with a server using TCP/IP with socket, and vice verse.
