Yes, somehow, I did it and I have a duplicate fonts folder on my Windows 98 machine. If I try deleting the folder, I get nasty warnings. If I try deleting the contents of the duplicate folder, it deletes the fonts files in the duplicate folder AND in the c:\windows\fonts folder. I right-click...

Umm - well, the option is there in Word, but it doesn't work in Word 2000 (Microsoft known issue having to something with MDIs and forms or something like that). There are 3rd party utilities available to do it for real though.

Just curious - Have any of you used the Help -> Detect and Repair feature in Office 2000 applications with good results? We have our users try it, but I wonder if the step is just a waste of time since 90% of the time it doesn't appear to do anything.
