Well I did make the install now. I shut down IIS but it is still installed. But ok I can uninstall it. What would you recommend afterwards.....? by the way I appriciate all the advise you give me./

I just find out that I dont have any acces logs. Is that normal? Should you have acces logs as soon as you start apache or do you have only acces logs when you are looking at pages with apache?

well I have a small network. The server is a normal workstation connected directly by cable to internet and my own computer is the other computer in this small network and is therefore a client from the other.
