Pix and DHCP Client, Does it work?
I am connecting to Verizon DSL. I have had this problem before with DHCP on the pix. It works every so often, but for the most part it will sit for days asking for an address before it will accept one.- RavenFriend

I have a pix 515 firewall set up with dhcp on the outside interface. ip address outside dhcp setroute retry 15 The interface never gets an address. if I turn on debugging I can see that it's asking for the address.
