Ok i fixed it. Listen .., i deleted the .dbx folders , then i restarted outlook , new .dbx where generated and then "send & receive" worked fine. It seems there`s something wrong with the original .dbx mail folders , don`t know what exactly but... after deleting them the problem was...

Sure i did Shmoes , i did. I even created a new mail account and the same thing happens. Considering the "The message could not be sent , an error has ocurred " msg , it`s obvious something is wrong. But the account info is ok .
