The box in question is a regular mailbox. We have the SysAdmin info and can get to the box to initialize it but we are unable to reassign a new password.
There are messages in the box and we don't want to delete the box and start over - it seems if we can assign a new name we should be able to...
I need to know how to reset a Voice Mail Box password. Our receptionist left and did not leave anyone her password. We do not want to delete the box as it has important messages.
We can initialize the password - but we can change, reset, or enter the VM.
We are on Merlin Mail R3.
