thankx jomama you got it i found tomer on the mirror the customer used air spray at the top and got toner on the mirror i had to remove the scanner it was easy randy- RANDYWYSE

when printing config page, white lines go down page in a collum like as if you took your fingers and ran them down the page before it ran through the fuser.the itb and the drawer has been changed and the drum kit.this happens before the page gets to the fuser. it does show up on the itb during...- RANDYWYSE
