We are currently using Aloha Edit Punches Reasons on Aloha version 12.3.40. The Punch Reasons show up on the FOH when editing but will not show up on the BOH. I have USE EDIT PUNCH REASONS enabled under the Store Settings-->Labor. Is there another setting that I'm missing? Need to have...

Trying to upgrade Aloha using Aloha Update executable and I get a "FAILED TO CREATE BACKUPS. REASON: BOUND FILE WAS FOUND. REBOOT THE MACHINE AND APPLY THE PATCH MANUALLY" error. Anyone know how to resolve this issue? Thanks in Advance

I would might suggest using/updating the host files which seems to work for our locations.
