The OS I am using is windows 95.The printer has never worked from the date it was bought, could it be the printer port. How could I test to see if its not the port.- magutso

Printer not working
I have got a printer which is failing to print,displaying message "printer offline" and at times "printerhead not installed". Could anyone help me on this issue. The printer is a lexmark printer.- magutso

Could someone help me, I am having problem with my IBM laptop. What happens is it just turns off when it is shaken a bit. Any high vibrations will result in it turning off.
