I have always been told that pentiums are better than AMD, and always used pentium processors myself. I have read heaps of documentation that puts AMD down saying that their processors run hot and have a low fault tolerance. However, I just started getting more into building computer, etc...

I have heard that disabling the Prefetch can be beneficial. I usually delete the files in C:\Windows\Prefetch monthly and there is a lot of obselete entries. I can't see any real benefit of having a Prefetch to start off with. Is it worth disabling or should I leave it alone? Thanks All...
