These CPUs are Pentium 4 HTs.
When a CPU is HT (Hyper Threading), the OS will see it as being 2 CPUs. It is physically only one CPU so the BIOS will see it as such.
The processors you see in TM are actually virtual abstracted processesors, acting like another cache to take advantage of wait...

FYI, I also posted a WSH example to do the same thing. My example is written in JScript which would allow you to take it far further, i.e. using COM to power it from databases etc.

You need to leave the domain on that computer. You need to be a Domain Administrator or a Local Administrator on the machine to do this.
If it were an XP machine: right click on "My Computer", goto "Computer Name" tab, then click on "Netork ID".

NET FILE
If the file is being locked, it will tell you the authenticated username that is locking it.
