if you want the watery/liquid effect, use a water reflection background. Just mask it to the text.

well the trick is in the html. You have to set it so that it has a background of a static picture. Then on the foreground, you would embed the swf.
Hope this helps.

With the above sample, do you guys think it is possible to add links to the text on the back? Since the menu overlaps, I cant seem to do it.

My questions is how did they do this? when I view source, I see <param name="movie" value="http://www.istockphoto.com/video_player.swf"> and below that line of code is...
Sorry about not being detailed about it. I mean the connection just died. In the system tray, it still shows that it is connected but i guess it it not receiving any signals. Repairing it doesnt work at all, i would have to manually disable the wireless connection and enable it again for it...

thanks in advance.
Just curious as to whether it is possible to display volume control on my laptop which runs windows XP. Not sure where to post this question.
I want it to be just like the TV where when you turn up the volume it would show it.
Like I said "Ignorance is Bliss
This new option is new to me to but since you're running XP, in the folder, if you right click on the image there is actually an option to rotate the image.
I have to try it myself but I saw it not too long ago but didnt bother to try it yet. Maybe it is just my imagination.

Fill transparent? what's that? That's new to me.
Anyway, it seems relatively simple. I tried it with 2 images and was successful at it. First I turn the background into a layer. Then what I did was select the white via "color range", set fuzziness to whatever you want and delete to achieve...
play around with the spacing of the brush.. IT WILL achieve what you want. Just set some amount for spacing, click (A) and then hold shift and click (b). It will create that dotted look.
Well, from what I can remember I THINK photoshop has the max of 8000 layers so you wont have a problem.. :)
I have some idea of how u can do it but I have to try it myself first before making a fool of myself...
Be patient..
As far as I can remember, there is NO such thing as rounded corner marquee in Photoshop. There are however ways around it. First trick is try to use a shape tool and pick the rounded corner rectangle. Second trick is to fake it and create your own, something to this extend, click on the...
try Image/Adjust/level. Basically pick the white and black points. The black/mid/white points are in the bottom right corner. With the white point, try to pick something that is gray and the whole picture will look clean-up in no time.
Cheers.
Just like what it said on the subject, I am having problem with importing eps and color managing them with Quark 6.5. Here's the list I compiled.
Eps saved from Illustrator as version:
-10 will not work with color management, when sent to Fusion RIP, it will not color manage.
-9.0 (same as...
In testing it myself, it actually does work with "File Info" whereas it shows everything from copyrighted info to the Author. Learn something new everyday.. heh
