I had similar problems in Crystal 10 it was fixed by Crystal 11 you will be able to select the formula if you buy Crystal 11.

I use Crystal Enterprise version 8 and I can export the undrilled down transactions but when I do drill down the export button disappears. How do I get it to stay on???

I have crystal Enterprise version 8 and I found that I cannot export the drilled down transaction to the printer. It always prints the opening page of where I drilled down from. When I try to use the browser print button it just prints what's on the screen. Help!
