Bootup keeps going to Safe Mode/Normal choice
I have a computer that was booting up fine. All of a sudden the Video driver, the printer, and mouse drivers dropped out. I reinstalled those but now every time I bootup it keeps going to the 7 choices for normal or safe mode with normal always highlighted. I hit enter and it boots fine...- righty01

Why is BIOS not showing hard drive info
Yes I did try the 2nd drive in the first system and the same result. In fact if I put a 98 startup disk in the A: drive it will not start run the diskette. The A drive works but it won't run the 98 startup disk. I know it works because I tried to run Maxtor diagnostics (it is a Quantum...- righty01

Why is BIOS not showing hard drive info
I have a system that the hard drive seems to have physically crashed. The systetit is in will not even see it. So I put it in another working system and that system will not see it either. The strange thing is on the first system when I go into setup, it seems like there are settings...- righty01

CD Burner Randomly sees CDs
I have a CD burner that will randomly see CDs. Wether they are commercially done or burned CDs. The CD drive will keep saying it is not ready, put CD in drive. Then I will put a different CD in the drive it will see it so i put the first CD back in the drive and it will then see it also. It...- righty01
