cobol web services with Microsoft SOAP Toolkit
have tried installing SOAP 2.0 and 3.0. 2.0 launch says comdlg32.ocx not found, 3.0 says mscomct2.ocx not found. Microsoft says one way to get files is to install visual studio, have updated vb runtime files. Any solution without installing visual studio?- JPL0457

Calling as described below. (Windows 2000 OS), Return-Code is 2, status 47. Running same string from command line is successful. RBLDSUB.OBJ, RBLDMAIN.OBJ linked to calling .dll.
