No, I am having 2 full repository queue managers. And one partial repositry queue manager. Also, in the MQ Explorer, in queuemanager properties, many times, the Repository tab shows Repository for Cluster but the cluster tab does not show entry "Yes" against the Repoistory column.

I think you need to check the following:- Check that the MQ Install dir\bin, MQ Install dir\lib, MQ Install dir\java\lib are in the path. Also check that the queue managers are running.
