Problem with Internet
I had a similar problem with my laptop and after spending a considerable amount of time with Compaq and Microsoft, I finally figured it out on my own. Go to the modem settings and try clicking or unclicking hardware or software control. I don't have the details as I'm away from my laptop...- markallen2
