Win 2000 pro and emachines 366 tower When this unit had windows 98se on it when you selected shutdown from the start menu it would completly power down normaly. I replaced the HD and loaded windows 2000 pro and now when i shut down it gets to a point and then says "it is safe to turn off...- mikeiver
