Hi everbody, need to implement a Distributed Monitoring tool that monitors if applications/databases are down, if so, Mail then Page different levels of business depending on severity. E.g: Application X is Down. Alert One: Mail Helpdesk after 10 minutes and still down... Alert 2: Mail/page...
