Setting up VPN between 2 firewalls

Connect through Cisco 3000, can map drives, but can't browse network??

Exchange 2K Migration and POP3
Hello I have a question for you all. We are currently in the process of migrating from 5.5 to 2K. All of the mailboxes are working correct and we can send and receive from our local LAN but when we try to POP mail, we can send from the account but cannot receive from it at all.
