I cant enable lookup wizzard on my data access page, i want it to lookup values, and if something is typed in that doesnt exist i want it to make a new record in the table thats linked to the lookupwizzard. Anyone know how?

thats true, i may have found the solution, i was getting so sick of this all, that i started over, i made yes no items to indicate if a room is filled on a specific day, no i can use true and false in my query, probably a n00b solution, but it seems to work

Ok, it couynts, but my report is made out of different invoice id's and i want to count the number of order records for 1 company, and now, he keeps counting on. per example first company 19 orders, goes perfect, next company 2 orders, makes the total 21 in stead of 2 Anyone?

I need access to give me only total number of records of one kind. so what i want is a number in my report stating the number of records that wpuld be normally fully shown. Anyone????

ok, i've got access to add up the ammounts, but it displays a subtotal under each line with an amount on it, and the intention is to let access display a subtotal at the end of each page and then ad up all subtotals to a grand total, anyone got any ideas???
